Born: 11 October 1974 in Suva
Height: 1m78 (5’10")

A very powerful runner who contributed immensely to Fiji's winning
the 2005-06 IRB World 7s title, but was not able to play in the
last leg after suffering a horrific broken arm in the Hong Kong
final.
Not as flashy as some of his team-mates, Dranivasa has a high work-rate
and has the ability to punch holes in the opposition’s defence.
He made his international debut at the Singapore 7s in 2002 after
Prisons' domination of the BP Oil circuit in Fiji. Called up again
for the Wellington 7s in 2003.
The prison warden then had to wait more than a year before selection
again, which came at the France 7s in Bordeaux. He did, however,
play under coach Pauliasi Tabulutu when the Fiji Development team
won the Chile and Argentina 7s in January 2004.
