Vucago Full name: Ratu Emosi Vucago. Pacific Rugby Cup team: Fiji Warriors Colonial Cup team: Stallions Club: Nukucagina, Nadroga Height: 1m70 (5'7") Weight: 77 kg Born: 10 May 1983 in Sigatoka Test debut: 2006 vs Tonga 1 cap (2 games) Vucago was so impressive when Nadroga retained their BP 7s Series title in January that he won a call-up to the Digicel Fiji 7s team to the Wellington and San Diego IRB 7s tournaments. A young bright prospect at halfback, he broke into the Test training squad after a good season with the Stallions during the 2006 Colonial Cup. He got his break after coming on in the 78th minute to begin the play that saw Rupeni Caucau score against the Junior All Blacks. He was also a member of the victorious Nadroga Colts side in 2004 and featured in the senior side that won the 2006 Sanyo Cup and Sullivan-Farebrother Trophy. Fiji 7s appearances: |
